Buckwheat buns

Jing Jiang Rou si (Sauteed Shredded Pork in Sweet Bean Sauce) (Wiki) is traditional meal in North China, but I had this in Guangzhou, (South Ch.). The taste is more or the same. The only difference, in GZ, the meal was served with tiny pancakes, not with tofu wrap.

I wasn't feeling well the last 2 weeks, got a bad cold, terrible cough. But I'm better now. Hope I visit you more often.
